It is advised that you do your Genetic test BEFORE your 1st consultation, so the recommendations made at the 1st consultation is relevant to your current diet and lifestyle.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A DIET PLAN AFTER THE TESTING, you must book a first consultation, so the dietitian can do a full assessment first.

The test can also be done regardless of whether you want to book a session with the dietitian.

It is advised that you attend a feedback session (R350 per 30 minutes), but it is optional.
