Consultation breakdown and details

We are contacted in with all major medical aid. We do claims on the client's behalf at a once off admin fee of R150 (payable at the 1st session). It is the client's responsibility to contact the medical aid beforehand to ensure that the session will be covered (ask if a 84208 dietitian session is covered). You can also pay the consultation fee in full and ask for a proof of payment to submit to medical aid.

We only see individuals over the age of 16 years of age. No children, babies or pets allowed at the sessions. A maximum of 2 people can attend a session at once (for support or as clients). Please put your phone on silent and out of sight during the session. Right of admission reserved.

Includes a dietary, lifestyle and body composition analysis. Personalised dietary guidelines discussed and meal plan emailed to the client within 48 hours after the session. R700 in addition if a 2nd person is joining the session.

A longer follow up session to get a better idea of lifestyle and diet over the past 12 months. New goals and strategy discussed and a new body composition analysis done. R400 per shorter follow up after this session.

Body composition analysis and discussion of results. Includes a short lifestyle assessment so practical tips can be provided. Follow- up body composition analysis are charged at R380 each (as above).

Includes a short lifestyle and nutritional assessment, body composition analysis and results interpretation. 1000 Vitality points loaded afterwards. PLEASE NOTE: 1000 Vitality points loaded free of charge when booking a 1st consultation.

Feedback session to communicate results of tests conducted. Following the feedback session, one can request a meal plan, treatment plan or weigh in session at rates stated above. **Each test is individually priced - please see pricing details under "Geneway DNA Testing".
