InBody 120 body composition analysis

What is BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS?

Body composition analysis can be described as the of measuring the main compartments that your body exists out off - bone, water, muscle, fat mass. It is an important tool in accurately monitoring the change in body compartments, according to your specific goals.

Woman in a clinic hands a pill organizer to a patient standing on a scale.

How does it work ?

The Inbody 120 uses bio-electrical impedance to accurately determine your body composition. It involves the client getting onto the flat part of the analyzer and holding the hand held part. It is pain free and only takes about 1- 2 minutes to complete. After this, the dietitian will explain your results to you.  An electronic copy of the results will also be made available to the client after the session.

How often should I do a body analysis?

The frequency of follow up generally depends on the client's motivation and needs. For optimal results, we recommend a two to three weekly follow up, especially for clients actively trying to lose fat mass.
